seven week

 My 7th week on my practicum is filing.Ma'am Flor Meranda told me to file a document . There's a lot of things that need to filed that's why in the whole week I filed and filed a document .I arrange it according in the numbers of the document. Probably Miss. Yen the real clerk of Ma'am Flor told me to go in the Mayor's office to receive a papers which is the payroll of the employe of the Mayor's department .

Reflection:

 it's nice  to be humble and learn more by knowing others.
 

5th week

 

      This moment is very nice cause i feel  that i am a staff of my good office which i been i assign.

my daily work everyday is more easier than the past few weeks. I can work without asking i can work faster than i never been expect cause since i have heard on job training in my bachelor degree i take-up is more difficult than u study cause it content a different way on handling your job description  but since i sign there i never feel the expected things to do which is i am scraped.

Reflection:

you should prepare the things to do while taking your course

you should try first before you say never ....

My Fourth Week

December 2012

                                    This moment is my fourth week own my practicum day  i face the same things every.

Every Monday i wake-up early in the morning to attend the Monday ceremony in our good LGU of Nabunturan which is i am belong with them cause i am a practicum in there establishment 

    

                                     I clean  the surrounding and fix the things to do . Mrs. Flor Miranda and Mrs. Anlyn Boscasa assistant of madam flor, are really good to me and  I really like them cause they give me a comfortable office to do my daily task .They give the best thing to do to help my practicum job well done and to have more learning .Encoding,file ling ,receiving documents.

Reflection: 

 Easy to say but hard to do things but improving your skills you should have your self confidence 
to fell to your co/employee or your boss that you have the knowledge to do, not to pretend but doing good is the way of appreciation. 
   


                     

MY FIRST WEEK

November 2012.
     
                       On My First day in my on job training. Every Monday in the Morning we have to attend the flag ceremony  after the ceremony we go in our respective office to start my daily work.
                       When i was in the office i do lot things which is to improve my capability and skills in terms of being a secretarial student, Ms. Flor Miranda (Municipal Budget Head ) assign me to do things such as Encoding, file ling documents, Receiving documents to other office,Entertain the visitors in our office and Cleaning the surrounding to maintain our office clean and fresh.
  

Refection:

Being a student u should have to be confident to do things such as taking your time to have your On-Job-Training I am Happy, Thankful and Bless to Mighty Father . To have this kind of Opportunity.  I know that this experience can help me and improve my self confidence to face my future life which is to be a secretary someday and to work a good  office to build my regular job near future.
