11th day of on job tranining

               This week is my last and final week of my practicum i learn a lot, being a secretarial  is very difficult so that we should absorb our learning to help and to improve our skills in that field . Ms. Miranda appreciate me of what i did to there office because i do my part as a practicum er .that day she gave some advices to me to become a better person .Ms. Jean ,Ms. Yen and Ms.Meme also good to me all of them gave me a very nice experience and also Municipal office of Nabunturan give me a opportunity to be part of them .

Reflection:

               what you did what u got..i learning everything to my experience i appreciate my self to finish of what i did from begging at the end.  be what you are, smile and be confident of what you do don't hesitate yourself to do something that you feel is good because there some people will appreciate that .        

10TH week of my on job training

After the Flag ceremony at the Municipal office of  Nabunturan , what we did inside the is to help the people who victim the typhoon pablo not in way to travel but centralize the donation that gives to the filipino people not only local but international . as a staff of Municipal office of Nabunturan we help to repacks and assist the volunteer to make it easy and fast. typhoon Pablo gave us very bad experience but we need to help not for our selves but to help with other people.

Reflection: 

   

           Helping people is not difficult if you have the hearty feeling to help them . even you are not rich you can help them by different way.  

my 8th week on my on job training

In this 8th  week, our work was not very hard. We are just asked to receive some documents to other office to have there copies on that document. When some of the officers of the Regional Office came to validate the reports of the receptive budget to be realize during the typhoon Pablo  and  we are the one who assists them of what they needed.

Reflection:

       Staff or practicum er is not hard to assist some people if you have a confident and learning what you do.

My 9th week in my on job training

 

             Same works with the past 9th weeks. I have encoded some of their obligation request which is the travel of the employee, the budget of some department in the Municipal of Nabunturan. File some documents of the barangays as well as answering the telephone calls in and out . And if I do not have something to do Ms. Jean the clerk of the M.B office to help her with the files which is needed to bring to other respective offices . so many papers to bring to other office and let them sign.. But then I finished it with all the smile and confident .

Reflection:
      improving yourselves is nice with confident and smile because you may face a different people not in one place but you should learn to mingle with other people such as meeting your co/workers or not in working area. Whatever you do, even if it's hard just keep on smiling because they will appreciate the efforts you made.

Third Week   

                            My 3rd week in my  On Job Training or Practicum student in Municipality of Nabunturan where typhoon pablo came in crash in COMVAL,Nabunturan, Compostela, Montevesta, Monkayo, specially New Bataan  where many lives gone many house destroy.

                           As a practicum-er in the Municipality in Nabunturan  I volunteer my self to repack the relief goods because the municipal office  have no current that to work we cannot operate our daily work  i volunteer my self. I comply my work us practicum-er at they same time I gave help to the victims of typhoon pablo.

           Helping is one of my duty as practicum-er in terms I volunteer  to repack relief goods one of greatest experience in my On Job Training life.     

  

6th Week in my on job training

sixth week

In my 6th week in my On Job Training .Ma'am Mirada my lady boss told me to arrange all the hard files, according to month to became easy for us to find the needed files or documents.

And sometimes she a said me to receive the files in the mayor's office.

Reflection: 

All the document in the office must be arrange accordingly so that the files needed are easy to find.
